Peanut Butter







                 Protein Cookies

                                                                      Procedure:

     Ingredients:

                                                                         1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet
          1 cup natural peanut butter

                                                                           with parchment paper.
          1/2 cup coconut sugar

                                                                        2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut
          1 scoop vanilla protein powder

                                                                           sugar, protein powder, egg, baking powder, vanilla extract,
          1 large egg
                                                                           and salt.
          1/2 tsp baking powder
                                                                        3. Mix well until a dough forms.
          1/2 tsp vanilla extract
                                                                         4. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the dough onto the
          Pinch of salt
                                                                           prepared baking sheet and flatten each cookie slightly with


                                                                           a fork.


                                                                        5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden brown.


                                                                        6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes


                                                                           before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

                                                                         7. Serve at room temperature.
