Chocolate Peanut






    Butter Protein Bars

                                                                      Procedure:

     Ingredients:


          1 cup rolled oats                                               1. Combine oats, protein powder, peanut butter,


          1/2 cup chocolate protein powder                                   honey, and almond milk in a mixing bowl.


          1/2 cup natural peanut butter                                  2.  Mix all the ingredients until a sticky dough


          1/3 cup honey
                                                                             forms.

          1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
                                                                         3.  Fold in dark chocolate chips.
          1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

                                                                         4.  Spread the mixture in a lined square baking


                                                                             dish.



                                                                         5.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.



                                                                         6.  Cut into 8 bars and serve.
