Protein smoothie

                                                                         Procedure:


           Ingredients:
                                                                             1. In a blender, combine protein powder,

                 1 scoop protein powder
                                                                                frozen berries, banana, and almond
           (vanilla or chocolate)

                                                                                milk.
                 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries


                 1/2 banana                                                 2.  Blend until smooth.



                 1/2 cup almond milk                                        3.  Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl.


                 1/4 cup granola                                             4. Top with granola and sliced fruit.



                 Sliced fruit for topping                                    5. Serve immediately.
