Chocolate Protein
Chia Pudding

Procedure:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk,
1 cup unsweetened almond milk chocolate protein powder, vanilla extract, and
1 scoop chocolate protein powder cinnamon.
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2. Whisk well to combine and let sit for 5 minutes to allow
1/4 tsp cinnamon the chia seeds to soak up the liquid.
1 tsp honey (optional) 3. Whisk the mixture again to break up any clumps.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at
least 2 hours, or overnight.
5. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh fruit, nuts, or
coconut flakes, if desired.
