                  Cheese Omelette

           Ingredients:                                                          1. In a nonstick pan, sauté the diced




                  2 large eggs                                                      bell pepper and onion until they



                  1/4 cup of diced bell pepper                                      are softened. Beat the eggs in a



                  1/4 cup of diced onion                                            bowl and pour them over the




                  1/4 cup of shredded cheddar                                       sautéed veggies. Sprinkle the



                  cheese                                                            shredded cheese over the top of the

                                                                                    eggs. Cook until the eggs are set
                  Salt and pepper to taste


                                                                                    and the cheese is melted.
