                                                         Procedure:
     Ingredients:
                                                            1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until the yolks

           2 large eggs
                                                              and whites are fully combined.

           1/4 cup shredded cheddar
                                                           2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with

           cheese
                                                              cooking spray or add a small amount of oil.

           1/4 cup black beans, drained
                                                           3. Add the whisked eggs to the pan and cook until scrambled,
