Banana Pancakes

Ingredients: Procedure:
1 ripe banana 1. In a blender, combine the banana, eggs, oats, protein
2 eggs powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend
1/4 cup oats until smooth.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add
1/2 tsp baking powder the coconut oil.
1/2 tsp cinnamon 3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet for each

browned and cooked through.
5. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
