Protein bowl

Ingredients: Procedure:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1. Add the frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, protein
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt powder, almond milk, and honey to a blender.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 2. Blend the ingredients until they are smooth and
well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a
1/4 cup almond milk
little more almond milk to thin it out.
1 tablespoon honey
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
1/4 cup granola
4. Top the mixture with granola, chia seeds, and
1 tablespoon chia seeds
fresh blueberries.
Fresh blueberries for topping
5. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious Blueberry
