                  and Banana Toast

     Ingredients:                                                  Procedure:



           2 slices of whole wheat bread                              1. Toast the bread until crispy and golden brown.



           2 tablespoons of natural peanut                           2.  Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each slice of


           butter                                                        toast.


           1 medium banana, sliced                                   3.  Arrange the sliced banana on top of the peanut


                                                                         butter.


                                                                     4.  Serve warm.
