Scrambled Eggs with
Spinach and Feta
Cheese

Ingredients: Procedure:
2 large eggs 1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the
1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped olive oil.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
salt and pepper.
Salt and pepper, to taste
3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for 1-2

minutes, until wilted.
4. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and stir
constantly with a spatula until they start to set.
5. Add the crumbled feta cheese to the skillet and continue
to stir until the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is
melted.
6. Serve immediately.
