Steak and Sweet







                             Potato Hash

                                                                      Procedure:

     Ingredients:

                                                                        1. Heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

                                                                        7. Cook the hash for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until everything is heated

                                                                        8. If desired, create two small wells in the hash and crack an egg into each.


                                                                          Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs
                                                                          are cooked to your liking.
