Chicken and





               vegetable stir-fry

                                                                         Procedure:


           Ingredients:                                                      1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high



                 4 chicken breasts, sliced into                                heat.

                 2 bell peppers, sliced                                     3. Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 3-4

                 1 tbsp soy sauce                                              to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until

                 Salt and pepper to taste

                                                                            6. Add soy sauce and cooked chicken back to the

                                                                            7. Serve over cooked brown rice.
