Grilled chicken breast
with roasted broccoli
and sweet potatoes:

Procedure:
Ingredients:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4 chicken breasts
2. Season chicken breasts with garlic
2 heads of broccoli, chopped
powder, salt, and pepper.
2 sweet potatoes, chopped
3. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or
2 tbsp olive oil
until cooked through.
1 tsp garlic powder
4. Toss broccoli and sweet potatoes with
Salt and pepper to taste olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and
pepper.
5. Spread vegetables onto a baking sheet
and roast in the oven at 400°F for 20-25
minutes, or until tender.
6. Serve chicken with roasted vegetables.
