Grilled Salmon
Skewers with Soy
Glaze

Procedure:
Ingredients:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4 salmon fillets 2. Cut the salmon fillets into cubes and thread
1/4 cup soy sauce them onto the skewers.

4. Brush the soy glaze onto the salmon skewers,

making sure they are evenly coated.

5. Grill the salmon skewers for about 4-5
Wooden skewers (soaked in water minutes on each side or until they are

6. Serve the salmon skewers hot, with extra soy
glaze on the side
