Steak and Broccoli





                                                       Stir-Fry

                                                                         Procedure:


           Ingredients:                                                     1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and



                 8 oz sirloin steak, sliced thinly                            cornstarch until smooth.

                                                                            2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
                 2 cups broccoli florets
                                                                            3. Add the sliced steak and diced red onion to the skillet and

                                                                              sliced green onions if desired.
