Turkey and
Veggie Stir-Fry

Procedure:
Ingredients: 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-
1 lb. ground turkey high heat.
2. Add ground turkey and minced garlic. Cook
1 cup broccoli florets
for 5-7 minutes, breaking up the turkey into
1 cup sliced bell peppers
small pieces, until browned.
1 cup sliced carrots 3. Add the sliced vegetables and cook for an
1 tablespoon olive oil additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables
2 cloves garlic, minced are tender and the turkey is fully cooked.
Salt and pepper to taste 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Divide the stir-fry into meal prep containers
and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
